What We're Looking For

3+ years of product design experience, ideally in SaaS or B2B applications
Strong portfolio showing end-to-end design process: research, wireframes, and polished UI
Proficiency in Figma (our primary tool) and familiarity with design systems
Experience with user research methods: interviews, usability testing, analytics review
Understanding of front-end constraints (you don't need to code, but speaking the language helps)
Excellent communication skills. You can present design decisions and defend them with data
A collaborative mindset. Design at Sinov8 is a team sport

What You'll Do

Design
  • Own the UI/UX for features across our product suite
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
  • Build and maintain our design system: component library, tokens, guidelines
  • Conduct user research to validate design decisions
Collaborate
  • Work alongside engineers to ensure designs are implemented faithfully
  • Partner with product managers to translate requirements into intuitive experiences
  • Present designs to stakeholders and incorporate feedback constructively
  • Contribute to product strategy by surfacing user insights

Who You'll Work With

You'll work embedded with our product teams, not in a design silo. Your direct collaboration will be with engineers, product managers, and the founders.
